LED International Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong incorporated company.  It has been quoted on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange, since gaining admission on 23 October 2006. The Group is involved in the development, manufacture, and sale of led module and other led products such as led screens, advertising displays, outdoor signs, lamps, lighting and building illumination.

The Group’s core focus is on providing led solutions from its wholly owned subsidiary, Kepu Electronic Technology (Shenzhen) Company, Limited, in the PRC.  Kepu’s operations are based at its manufacturing facility in the 1st Phase of Zhongxinbao Hi-Tech Park, Xixiang Town, Baoan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, the PRC.

The Group formed a joint venture to develop and expand its existing business in developing led lighting solutions. The joint venture has procured a source of supplies from CREE, Inc. and the registration of it own brand name "Green Pearl" to enhance market penetration into the PRC. Its offices are situated at Shen Hua Commercial Building, 2018 Jia Bin Road, Luo Wu District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, the PRC.
